Corps releases draft plan to extend riverbank erosion repair program

A plan to extend a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers program for repairing critical riverbank erosion sites is now available for public review as the Corps and California’s Central Valley Flood Protection Board released their draft post-authorization change report and environmental document for the Sacramento River Bank Protection Project.

Army Corps awards $262,650 for new entry lane at Tracy defense depot

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District awarded a $262,650 contract Dec. 15, 2014, to S.T. Rhoades Construction of Redding to pave an additional entry lane at the Defense Distribution Center Tracy.

Corps extends comment period for Martis Creek Lake master plan update

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District has extended the public comment period for the draft Martis Creek master plan update and accompanying environmental assessment by two weeks, meaning comments can now be submitted for consideration until Jan. 3, 2015.
