    Corps extends comment period for Martis Creek Lake master plan update

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District has extended the public comment period for the draft Martis Creek master plan update and accompanying environmental assessment by two weeks, meaning comments can now be submitted for consideration until Jan. 3, 2015.
