Since its groundbreaking in November 2019, construction on the new VA Stockton Community Based Outpatient Clinic has persisted through wildfires, heavy smoke, and a global pandemic. Now, this four-story facility is poised for completion in 2023, and will offer primary care, mental health, prosthetics, and many more services to Central Valley veterans as part of the VA Northern California Health Care System.

In subsequent phases, the Sacramento District will construct a Community Living Center of up to 120 beds on the same property, along with an Engineering Logistics Building to support the complex.
