Corps to discuss Yuba River ecosystem restoration study at public meetings

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District will host a series of public scoping meetings discussing the feasibility of ecosystem restoration in Northern California’s Yuba River watershed in late October and early November.

Corps awards $1.5 million for cleanup at former Camp Beale

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District awarded a $1.5 million contract Sept. 14 to Bristol Environmental Remediation Services, LLC of Anchorage, Alaska, to conduct an investigation of the Camp Beale Munitions Response Site, a formerly used defense site.
