    SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District awarded a $47 million contract Sep. 25 to Martin Brothers Construction of Sacramento for the demolition and reconstruction of the tidal side road network at Military Ocean Terminal (MOTCO) in Concord. "This project is a major milestone in the restoration of the aging WWII-era
