Public Notices

Under the Corps' Regulatory Program, a public notice is the primary method for advising all interested parties of a proposed activity for which a permit is sought. Soliciting comments and information necessary to evaluate the probable impacts on the public interest. Public notices are also published to inform the public about new or proposed regulations, policies, guidance or permit procedures.

Public Notices published by the Sacramento District under the Regulatory Program are posted on this page. Once a public notice is available on-line, an email notification is sent to individuals on the appropriate mailing list.

Comments are due by the expiration date of the public notice.  Only comments submitted by email or in hard copy format through a delivery service, such as the U.S. Postal Service, can be accepted.   Comments must be submitted to the address listed in the public notice.

    ACD-TI Oakley, LLC has applied for a permit to place dredged or fill material and work in approximately 4.4 acres of waters of the United States to construct a mixed-use commercial and residential development. The development would consist of the construction of approximately 2,400 single family homes and include 24.7 acres of commercial development and associated infrastructure including an approximately 76.3 acres new flood control levee and a bridge crossing of Rock Slough. The approximately 1246.6-acre project site is located on Dutch, Rock and Sand Mound Sloughs, in Sections 21, 27, 28, 33, and 34 Township 2 North, Range 3 East, Mount Diablo Meridian, Latitude37.99928°, Longitude -121.65403°, Contra Costa County, California, and can be seen on the CA-JERSEY ISLAND, BRENTWOOD and WOODWARD ISLAND USGS Topographic Quadrangle.

    City of Logan has applied for a permit to construct the Logan Wastewater Expansion Area project, which would result in permanent impacts to approximately 10.14 acres of wetland and 0.65 acres of canal, and temporary impacts to 2.36 acres of wetland. The approximately 30-acre project site is located on the north side of 200 North (Valley View Highway), immediately south of the existing sewage lagoons facility, in Section 36, Township 12 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, Latitude 41.738°, Longitude -111.890°, Logan City, Cache County, Utah.
