Employee Spotlight: Architect Mickela Pallares

Meet Mickela Pallares, an architect with our Sacramento District. Mickela joined the Corps of Engineers after graduating from Cal Poly in 2009, and is now our subject matter expert on sustainable design. She’s a natural born leader, loves to travel and – oh yeah – she helps design the facilities that support our Nation’s armed forces.
