Army Corps awards $3.4 million for Tracy defense depot roof repairs

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District awarded a $3.4 million contract Dec. 9 to Johnson Roofing & Construction Inc. of Ventura for roof repairs at the Defense Distribution Center Tracy.

Corps to temporarily reduce water level at Lake Clementine for dam inspection

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District will conduct a dam safety inspection of the downstream side of the North Fork Dam near Auburn Oct. 31 - Nov. 5, and will temporarily reduce water levels at Lake Clementine to safely perform the inspection.
