The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District awarded an $8.1 million construction contract August 2 to small business KW - HHI JV of Clearfield, Utah, for the construction of nine earth-covered munitions storage magazines (Hayman-type igloos) at Hill Air Force Base.

The report addresses environmental impacts and recommends mitigation measures in regard to the proposed dam modifications at Folsom Lake.
