Bulkhead gate installed at Folsom Dam auxiliary spillway

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District construction crews at the Folsom Dam Auxiliary Spillway lower one of six bulkhead gates into place in Folsom, Calif., Jan. 26, 2015.
