Contractors with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District continue work on the VA Stockton Community Based Outpatient Clinic Project in Stockton, California November 4, 2021. The project, which recently completed its second year of construction, has persisted through a pandemic, heavy wildfire smoke, and other adverse conditions. It is scheduled for completion in late 2022.
