USACE Sacramento District Mega Project Center Director David Thomas provides a tour of the Folsom Dam auxiliary spillway project to Congresswoman Doris Matsui. Thomas was recognized September 28, 2016, by the American Society of Civil Engineers for his leadership on the project.
