Construction continues on the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ dry bypass project in downtown Napa, California. The bypass will shortcut floodwater to avoid a horseshoe-like bend in the river that often backs up and causes flooding into downtown Napa. Construction is scheduled for completion in summer 2015.
