Shining tower of power
The 120-foot galvanized steel tower for the wind turbine is erected March 13, 2013, at Black Butte Lake, a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District park near Orland, Calif. Expected to go online within 30 days, the turbine can generate 11 kilowatts of energy and will help supply the needs of campers in this U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District park.
