Blueprint to Better: Building Momentum, One Idea at a Time

Dan Killip, a program manager with USACE Sacramento District’s Military Ocean Terminal Concord Program, was recognized as a winner in the 'AI Use' category during the District’s inaugural Blueprint to Better competition in 2026. Killip’s submission focused on using artificial intelligence to support Source Selection Evaluation Board evaluations.
