Blueprint to Better: Building Momentum, One Idea at a Time

Anh Nguyen, a program management specialist with USACE Sacramento was recognized as a winner in the “Efficiency” category during the District’s inaugural Blueprint to Better competition in 2026. Nguyen’s submission focused on reducing project milestone bottlenecks through a single workflow for requests, tracking and status visibility.
