  • Nighttime lane closures for H Street Bridge set for May 19-20

    Traffic on Sacramento's H Street Bridge will be reduced to one lane in each direction May 19 and 20, from around 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District is finalizing levee work at the bridge's western end, where crews will be conducting minor excavation and concrete work during the lighter traffic hours.

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District is inviting the public to an outreach meeting to discuss upcoming American River levee work at the Watt Avenue bridge in Sacramento. The meeting will be held: Thursday, May 23 at Arden-Dimick Public Library; 891 Watt Avenue, 6-8 p.m.
