Corps releases inspection ratings for Clear Lake levees
Inspections by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District rated maintenance of two levee systems near Clear Lake, Calif., minimally acceptable and gave an unacceptable maintenance rating to four Clear Lake levee systems.
