Black Butte Lake closes Observation Point Road

ORLAND, Calif. – Officials at Black Butte Lake park have closed Observation Point Road to vehicle traffic during repairs to erosion damage caused by recent rain storms.

Black Butte Lake Park, near Orland, is operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District.

The Orland Buttes campground at Black Butte Lake is closed for the season, but all other areas remain open. For additional information, contact the Black Butte Lake park office at 530-865-4781.
