Black Butte Lake installs self-pay fee machines

As of August 10, self-pay fee machines were installed at the Eagle Pass Recreation Area at Black Butte Lake. This park is managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). 

The new self-pay machines allow visitors to pay day-use fees using credit cards and cash. The machines will issue visitors a receipt to be placed on the vehicle dash as proof of payment. Day-use fees are $5 per vehicle. 

The Eagle Pass Recreation Area is open year-round.
