Beginning March 1, 2017, camping fees at Stanislaus River Parks managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) will increase.
The USACE Sacramento District conducted a review of its fee structure in 2016 and determined that fee changes are needed to ensure USACE fees remain comparable and fair to those charged by other local providers for similar facilities and services.
Beginning March 1, camping fees will be as follows:
Horseshoe Boat-In Group Campground: $50 per night
Valley Oak Boat-In Group Campground: $50 per night
McHenry Boat-In Group Campground: $60 per night
Environmental Camping: $20 per night
Campgrounds are open year-round and require a reservation made two weeks in advance. To make reservations call Stanislaus River Parks at 209-881-3517. Campgrounds at Stanislaus River Parks are accessible by boat, foot or bicycle only.
