Stockton VA Ribbon Cutting
Approximately 1,000 people attended a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate completion of the VA Northern California Health Care System’s $505M, 150,000 square-foot Community Based Outpatient Clinic in French Camp, California, April 25, 2024. The brand new facility – officially named the Richard A. Pittman VA Clinic – also includes an 8,550 square-foot Central Utilities Plant. USACE expects to award contracts for work on a 140,000 square-foot Community Living Center, and a 20,000 square-foot Engineering Logistics Building later this year. Situated on a 52-acre site just south of Stockton, the facility will provide approximately 50 percent of the Sacramento/Northern California area patient care. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District is part of a team that is helping to make healthcare for Veterans better and more accessible.
