Michelle Spence, USACE Sacramento District Acquisition Support Team Lead and Contracting Officer, along with partners from the Small Business Administration, hosted a public sealed bidding event in Salinas, California on July 25, 2023. The event consisted of two bid openings for job order contracts for construction work on Presidio of Monterey and MOTCO. This allowed for small business owners to participate in person after Covid-19 restrictions.
