MG Graham visits Isabella Dam Safety Modification Project

Maj Gen. William Graham, USACE deputy commander of civil and emergency operations, and Brig. Gen. Paul Owen, commander of the USACE South Pacific Division, made an official visit to the project to receive a briefing and tour the construction site. District employees gave the two generals a tour of the dam’s many features, including the labyrinth weir, emergency spillway, and auxiliary dam. The Isabella DSMP is one of the largest projects in all of USACE, with about $650 million of obligated funds devoted to the project.
