Division Commander tours Sacramento District projects in Utah
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers South Pacific Division commander, Brig. Gen. Mark Toy and other Sacramento District staff members take off from Hill Air Force Base during a three-day tour March 29-31, 2016, of project sites throughout the states of Utah. During the flight to Dugway Proving Ground, Toy was briefed on regulatory projects including the Narrows Dam, which may require mitigation for more than 70 acres of wetlands and the West Davis Corridor, a 20-mile-long highway located in the Great Salt Lake area.
