Renovations begin for a tidal fire station in Concord, Calif.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers began renovating a fire station at Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO) near Concord, Calif. April 16, 2014 as part of a larger plan to modernize the installation by 2020.
