Brad Lein, right, training program manager of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Fall Protection High Hazard Working Group, leads the second iteration of the USACE Fall Protection Competent Person 24-Hour Course, Feb. 8. Fifteen USACE Sacramento District employees completed the training Feb. 7-9, at the district’s Folsom Resident Office, just east of Sacramento.
