SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Black Butte Lake’s Buckhorn boat ramp is closed for the season, but Eagle Pass boat ramp remains open and available for launching, according to park officials.
Black Butte Lake, near Orland, is managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District.
Camping is available throughout the winter. For further information, contact the Black Butte Lake park office at 530-865-4781.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is the nation’s largest federal provider of outdoor and water-based recreation, hosting more than 370 million visitors annually at more than 420 lake and river parks.
