WASHINGTON, D.C. (March 16, 2026) — The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking input from the public and interested stakeholders on potential future changes to the Nationwide Permit (NWP) Program aimed at increasing permitting efficiency.
A public notice soliciting comments was published in the Federal Register on March 16, 2026. The notice invites feedback on ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the NWP Program.
USACE will accept written comments through May 15, 2026.
