    Traffic on Sacramento's H Street Bridge will be reduced to one lane in each direction May 19 and 20, from around 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District is finalizing levee work at the bridge's western end, where crews will be conducting minor excavation and concrete work during the lighter traffic hours.
