USACE Awards Wetland Mitigation Contract for New Alameda VA Facility

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District awarded a $3.6 million construction contract March 2 to the Inverness, California, firm Dixon Marine Services, to conduct wetland mitigation on Alameda Point, California.

USACE awards first contract for new Alameda VA facility

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District awarded a services contract August 7 to Adanta Inc., of Napa, California to restore a self-sustaining tidal marsh at the site of the future VA clinic on Alameda Point, California. The VA Northern California Health Care System will administer the new clinic.

Army Corps awards $5.5 million to modernize military port's pier

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District awarded a $5.5 million contract July 27 to Power Engineering Construction Company of Alameda to repair and maintain operational capability at Pier 3 of the Military Ocean Terminal Concord, otherwise known as MOTCO.
