During the last series of atmospheric storms, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District assisted the Tule River Tribe of California by bringing out an automatic sand bagger machine and sandbag team to help reduce the risk of additional flood damage, near Porterville, Calif., March 2023.
