Col. Antoinette Gant, commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers South Pacific Division, toured the construction site for the new VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Stockton, Calif., Aug. 30, 2021. Col. Gant was accompanied by Col. James Handura, the Sacramento District commander, and other district employees. Veterans in the city of Stockton and the Central Valley will benefit greatly from the completed VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic and Community Living Center.
